The MBA Curriculum

Second-Year Curriculum

You've set a path toward your goals, established a foundation, and broadened your worldview. Now it's time to deepen your knowledge and direct your MBA toward what matters most.

The second year of our program puts you firmly in the driver's seat. You'll design your own program of study and select from a wide range of electives, experiential courses, and global experiences that prepare you for what's next.

This is your time to test yourself and apply what you've learned in new contexts. You'll combine rigorous academics with practical experience, reflection, and exploration.

Electives

We offer electives and mixed-level courses in nearly every area of business and management. These courses allow you to specialize, explore new interests, and refine your career direction.

You can choose electives that deepen expertise in a functional area, broaden your perspective, or help you develop new skills.
